In 2025, more than one million reports were submitted by servicemembers via the Army+ application, of which 760,000 have already been approved. This indicates the systematic use of the service within units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

The Ministry noted that Army+ has become one of the key digital tools for military administrative interaction. Over the course of 2025, more than one million reports were submitted through the application, with more than three quarters already approved.

By the number of reports submitted in 2025, the leaders are:

  • 95th Separate Polissia Air Assault Brigade — 23,792 reports

  • 47th Separate Mechanized Brigade “Mahura” — 22,736

  • 5th Separate Kyiv Assault Brigade — 17,672

  • 25th Separate Sicheslav Airborne Brigade — 10,905

  • 23rd Separate Mechanized Brigade — 10,886

  • 40th Separate Coastal Defense Brigade — 10,110

Units of the State Special Transport Service, an artillery brigade, and a Marine Corps coastal defense brigade also entered the top ten most active Army+ users, which, as emphasized by the Ministry, demonstrates the broad implementation of digital reporting across various components of the military.

Separately, the Ministry named units that showed the highest growth rates in service usage over the year, in particular: 412th UAV Brigade NEMESIS (+61.3%), 305th EW Unit (+51%), 80th Air Assault Brigade (+50.4%), as well as a number of support institutions and the Military Law Enforcement Service.

The application offers 50 types of reports that can be submitted online. The most popular in 2025 were:

  • annual leave (34%),

  • medical rehabilitation (23%),

  • Form F5 certificate (12.5%).

Army+ also simplifies commanders’ work — in particular, through approval status tracking, faster decision-making, and the use of multi-signature functionality for simultaneous processing of large numbers of documents.

The Ministry emphasized that the application was created by the Armed Forces of Ukraine Technology Scaling Center in cooperation with servicemembers and IT specialists with combat experience, allowing real operational needs and service conditions to be taken into account.
