Military units received 225,000 weapons and means of destruction worth over UAH 10 billion through the DOT-Chain Defence marketplace.
This was reported by Ukraine’s Minister of Defense Denys Shmyhal.
“Five months ago, I signed an order to launch the marketplace for wide use. During this time, DOT-Chain Defence has become a successful digital platform through which units can directly order the necessary UAVs and electronic warfare systems within allocated funds”,, — Denys Shmyhal said.
All items on the platform are exclusively from domestic manufacturers, which additionally stimulates the development of Ukraine’s weapons market and strengthens the state’s defense autonomy.
Thanks to DOT-Chain Defence, the time from needs formation to delivery has been reduced fourfold — on average, delivery from available stock takes about 10 days.
“We continue to strengthen the efficiency of weapons supply to the military. The priority is the real needs of servicemen, formed based on their combat experience”, — Shmyhal emphasized.
