As part of the systematic reduction of the military-economic potential of the Russian aggressor, on the night of December 24 units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine carried out successful strikes against several enemy targets.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In particular, in the city of Yefremov, Tula Oblast of the Russian Federation, facilities of the “Yefremov Synthetic Rubber Plant” were struck. The plant specializes in the production of components for plastic explosives and solid rocket fuel. Explosions and a large-scale fire were recorded on the production site.
A storage and maintenance site for uncrewed surface vessels was also hit in the area of Myrne in temporarily occupied Ukrainian Crimea.
The extent of the damage is being clarified.
Among other targets, with the aim of partially disrupting the enemy’s logistics support system, a regimental-level material and technical supply depot was struck (Dovzhansk, temporarily occupied territory of Luhansk Oblast).
In addition, strikes were recorded against a number of air defense facilities and areas of concentration of the occupiers’ manpower in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
“The joint combat work of all components of the Defense Forces against important targets of the armed forces of the Russian Federation and facilities of the enemy’s military-industrial complex will continue until the complete cessation of Russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine.
To be continued! Glory to Ukraine!” — the statement of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said.
