The Ministry of Defence has codified such rounds from several Ukrainian manufacturers at once, and they are ready for serial production.

This was reported on 20 November by the Minister of Defence of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal.

“Thanks to anti-drone rounds, Ukrainian service members will be able to counter enemy FPV drones and ‘Maviks’ more effectively.

Their peculiarity lies in a special warhead that significantly increases the chance of shooting down a Russian drone. In addition, these rounds do not require separate weapons — they can be loaded into standard ones.

We are working to ensure that even more new and effective weapons appear in the arsenal of our troops, strengthening their combat power and Ukraine’s defence capability”, — Shmyhal assured.
