On the night of September 15, 2026, Ukrainian defenders struck the Syzran Oil Refinery in Samara region and Atlant Aero in Taganrog, Rostov region.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this.

A strike followed by a fire was recorded at the Syzran Oil Refinery. The AVT-6 primary crude oil processing unit and the tank farm were hit.

For reference: JSC Syzran Oil Refinery is part of PJSC Rosneft. The facility has an annual refining capacity of approximately 8.9 million tonnes of crude oil. The refinery produces gasoline, diesel and aviation fuel, as well as other petroleum products. The enterprise is involved in meeting the needs of the russian armed forces.

Explosions and a fire were recorded at the Atlant Aero enterprise.

Atlant Aero specializes in the production of unmanned aerial vehicles and components for them.

In particular, the enterprise produces Molniya strike and reconnaissance UAVs and components for Orion UAVs. The enterprise is involved in meeting the needs of the russian armed forces for unmanned systems.

Analysis of additional data confirmed that three tanks were destroyed and eight damaged on September 13, 2026, at the Slavyansk ECO oil refinery in Slavyansk-on-Kuban, Krasnodar region, russia.
