Units of the Drone Forces destroyed on the night of February 24 a Hurricane MLRS, a Buk-M1 SAM system, a Pantsir-S1 air-defense gun-missile system, and a Malak
This was reported by Major Robert “Madiar” Brovdi, commander of the Drone Systems Forces.
- The Hurricane MLRS, found in a firing position, was destroyed in Zaporizhzhia region by pilots of the 7th Battalion Kairos of the 414th “Madiar’s Birds” Brigade.
- The Buk-M1 surface-to-air missile system was detected and destroyed near the settlement of Svobodne in Donetsk region by pilots of the 412th SBS Brigade Nemesis.
- The Pantsir-S1 system was detected and hit near the settlement of Krasnosilske, Autonomous Republic of Crimea, by “Birds” of the 1st Separate Drone Systems Center.
- The Malakhit radar station was detected and struck near the settlement of Novofedorivka, Autonomous Republic of Crimea, by “Birds” of the 1st Separate Drone Systems Center.
According to the DSF commander, detecting and destroying components of the enemy’s long-, medium-, and short-range air defense system is one of the top priorities for DSF operators.
