Ukraine’s Defense Forces carried out fire strikes on important enemy targets in temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and in Russia.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on the night of February 11, 2026, the Volgograd Oil Refinery (Volgograd, Volgograd region, Russian Federation), which supports the Russian occupation army, was struck.
A fire was recorded at the facility. Damage is being assessed.
