On the Kostiantynivka axis, in the city of Kostiantynivka itself, the enemy continues its tactics of fire terror. On the front line, there has been a significant increase in enemy strike UAVs in the air.
This was stated on Army TV by Vitalii Hlynianchuk, commander of the 2nd Mechanized Battalion of the 156th Separate Mechanized Brigade.
According to him, the enemy most often resorts to small-group tactics. During bad weather, often at night, assault troops attempt to advance while covering themselves with thermal blankets. At times, the enemy uses the “three-leg tactic”, — and occasionally reconnaissance by fire.
Brigade units attempt to monitor the movement of all these enemy groups and then destroy them. There have been no significant enemy advances.
“The ‘three-leg tactic’ — I think many of us have already observed it on various axes. It’s a group of two, possibly even three ‘little orcs’ moving across an open field. One of them moves normally, while another leans on a stick and tries to reach our positions”, — Vitalii Hlynianchuk explained.
