The 30th Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Kostiantyn Ostrozkyi reported that information claiming the settlement of Orikhovo-Vasylivka in Donetsk Oblast is under full enemy control does not correspond to reality.
The brigade’s statement was published on January 26 on the brigade’s official channel.
“Ukrainian forces continue to remain in the area of the settlement, holding their occupied positions.
Servicemen of the 30th Brigade are repelling enemy attacks and destroying enemy manpower despite significant pressure from occupation forces.
The situation remains difficult and dynamic; however, claims of the settlement’s complete occupation are premature and incorrect.
