On the night of January 26, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine struck the infrastructure of the Slavyansk-Eco oil refinery (Slavyansk-on-Kuban, Krasnodar Krai, Russian Federation).

This was reported on January 26 by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The plant’s annual potential processing capacity exceeds 4 million tons of oil. This refinery is part of Russia’s energy rear and is involved in supplying the aggressor’s armed forces.

Strikes by attack UAVs on the refinery’s territory and explosions near the target were recorded. According to preliminary information, elements of the primary oil processing unit were hit.

The extent of the damage is being clarified.

Warehouses of material and technical support for occupying units were also hit in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk (Donetsk city) and Zaporizhzhia (Solodkovodne village) regions.

In addition, to weaken the enemy’s offensive capabilities, strikes were carried out against a UAV control point near Velyka Novosilka (temporarily occupied Donetsk region) and concentrations of enemy manpower in the areas of Yunakivka (temporarily occupied Sumy region) and Kolisnykivka (Kharkiv region). The number of eliminated and wounded occupiers is being уточнюється.
