The intensity of unmanned aerial vehicle use in modern warfare continues to grow. The ability to detect, classify, and neutralize them is currently critically important during combat operations and will remain decisive in the future.

Higher military educational institutions of Ukraine are focusing on countering UAVs during cadet training. In particular, at the National Army Academy named after Hetman Petro Sahaidachnyi, future officers are taught to effectively counter drones using anti-drone rifles. Such experience with anti-drone technologies enables cadets to perform assigned tasks far more effectively.
