On the night of January 20, Russian forces carried out a massive aerial attack on the territory of Ukraine, using a total of 372 air attack assets.

The total cost of the weapons used exceeds $131 million (over 10.2 billion rubles).
For comparison, this amount equals the annual budget of the city of Veliky Novgorod, with a population of about 220,000 people. It is also comparable to one-third of the annual budgets of entire regions of Russia — Kalmykia and the Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
For such a sum, it would have been possible to build a modern, fully equipped oncology center capable of saving thousands of lives.
In addition, these funds would have been sufficient to implement hundreds of regional and national social projects.
