The Defense Procurement Agency (DOT) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has delivered hygiene kits to military hospitals to meet the daily needs of wounded service members.
This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on January 21.
A total of 26 million hryvnias was spent on the procurement. Each kit includes adaptive clothing and hygiene items such as a towel, toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, deodorant, cream, shaving supplies, comb, cotton swabs, antiseptic, wet and dry wipes, and more.
Women’s kits additionally include feminine hygiene products, cosmetic cotton pads, and a silicone hair tie.
Each kit also contains a legal guide prepared by the team of the Principle Human Rights Center for Servicemen, a thank-you card with a children’s drawing, and a QR code for feedback to further improve the contents of the kits based on wounded service members’ reviews.
