In Chasiv Yar, the enemy continues attempts to seize the city, trying to seep into the rear of the Defense Forces and continue assaults. To achieve its goals, the enemy uses multiple-launch rocket systems, artillery, and aviation.
This was reported on January 19 by the 24th Mechanized Brigade named after King Danylo.
“The enemy does not stop attempts to seize the city, tries to infiltrate the rear of the Defense Forces and continue assaults. Fighters of the 24th Brigade firmly hold the defense, stopping the enemy and its equipment at the approaches”, — the statement reads.
Enemy losses over the past week:
- 39 killed and 30 wounded;
- 419 UAVs of various types;
- 5 artillery systems;
- 5 ground drones;
- 5 units of automotive equipment;
- 2 quad bikes;
- 8 communication antennas;
- 1 electronic warfare system;
- 2 generators.
