Over the past day, Russian troops shelled de-occupied settlements in Kherson Oblast using artillery, mortars, multiple launch rocket systems, and various types of UAVs. As a result, two people were wounded, and medical and educational facilities were damaged.
This was reported by the National Police of Ukraine on January 19.
During the day, the occupiers carried out an artillery strike on the Dniprovskyi District of Kherson.
“Once again, the territory of a medical facility came under fire. A utility building, a garage, and five service vehicles were damaged. A school building was also damaged”, — the statement said.
In the evening, Russian forces dropped an explosive device from a UAV onto a residential area.
“As a result of the attack, a 32-year-old woman and a 28-year-old man were injured. Both sustained mine-blast injuries and shrapnel wounds to their limbs”, — law enforcement officials stated.
