Operators of the 15th Separate Artillery Reconnaissance Brigade “Black Forest” detected a Russian army-level command and control station “Torf-S”, and friendly units helped eliminate it.
Footage of the combat operation appeared on the brigade’s page.
The station is designed to provide stable direct communications between units at distances of at least 150 km, as well as to establish radio-relay tropospheric communication lines 500–560 km long with three relays.
The station can operate only while stationary, which Defense Forces fighters exploited by delivering a devastating fire strike.
