The enemy has begun to use Molniya UAVs very actively, and not only for strike missions.
This was stated during an Army TV livestream by the Deputy Commander of the Unmanned Systems Battalion “Ghost of Khortytsia” of the 15th Operational Brigade “Kara-Dag” of the 1st Corps, Major Stanislav Kocherha.
“The enemy has very actively started using Molniya. They operate against positions along the line of contact, including infantry positions and pilot launch points.
They are also trying to operate in the rear against our units. In addition to Molniya, the enemy is actively using Lancet UAVs for this purpose”, — Stanislav Kocherha said.
There is also evidence that the enemy is using Molniya UAVs to transport Starlink terminals.
“We also have information that the enemy is installing Starlinks on these systems, but so far it has not been possible to document this usage. Obviously, the adversary is developing and modernizing — new UAVs appear in some places, new ground robotic systems in others”, — Stanislav Kocherha noted.
According to him, the Russians are using a ground robotic system known as the Courier model.
