The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, in cooperation with the Center for Countering Disinformation, published data on eleven Russian public figures in the “Kremlin Mouthpieces” section of the War&Sanctions portal.

Actors, singers, theater and ballet performers, producers, and composers — all of them are united by their support for the Putin regime, the war against Ukraine, and the occupation of Ukrainian territories.
Among them:
- Sergey Bezrukov — Russian actor, director, film producer, and singer who is part of “agit-brigades” created to perform in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine in order to “boost the morale” of Russian troops involved in the war;
- Viktoriya Tsyganova — Russian singer, actress, and composer, performer of the song “Wagner”, which became the unofficial anthem of the Wagner PMC, as well as the song “Truba”, dedicated to one of the Russian army’s operations in Ukraine.
In addition, the current publication includes Yekaterina Mizulina, a member of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation and head of the “Safe Internet League,” who advocates restrictions on freedom of speech in Russia and actively defends and promotes Russian propaganda narratives and disinformation regarding the war against Ukraine.
As of now, the “Kremlin Mouthpieces” section of the War&Sanctions portal contains information on 161 Russian propagandists who justify Russian aggression and war crimes, support violence, promote Russian narratives, and attempt to influence public opinion in various regions of the world.
