The application now informs users about key events and requests.

This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on January 6.

The Rezerv+ app continues to develop as a convenient and predictable communication channel between the state and those liable for military service.

One of the key directions is the notification service, which allows users to receive timely information about important decisions and changes in their personal status.

Currently, Rezerv+ already sends push notifications about a number of military registration-related events:

  • Being placed on or removed from the wanted list;

  • Violations of military registration rules and fines;

  • Rezerv ID updates;

  • Data updates and retrieval;

  • Granting of deferment or reservation;

  • Receiving an electronic referral to a medical commission.

The app now also allows users to enable notifications that a paper summons has been sent by mail by the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center.

This feature helps those liable for military service stay informed, avoid misunderstandings, and prepare to receive a registered letter via Ukrposhta.

Important to know:

  • Notifications in Rezerv+ are not a summons. They are purely informational. Receiving or reading them does not constitute formal service of a summons.

  • The feature is voluntary and can be enabled or disabled in the app menu.

  • The notification specifies the date and time when a person must appear at the recruitment center.

  • The procedure for sending summonses has not changed: they are still printed on paper and delivered by Ukrposhta.

What’s next

Within a quarter, Rezerv+ will introduce notifications about registration, deregistration, removal from records, and cancellation of deferments.
