During the fourth quarter of 2025, the Ministry of Defense granted manufacturers 30 licenses to use technologies developed by military personnel within the Ministry.
This was reported by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal.
“The best solutions born directly within the Ukrainian military must be rapidly scaled and work for our defenders”, — the Minister said.
These include technological solutions in the areas of:
- radio-electronic intelligence;
- countering Shahed-type strike UAVs;
- guided weapons with automatic target acquisition.
The first weapon samples produced under these licenses are already being delivered to the troops.
“This is the result of a government decision that allowed developments created within the Ministry of Defense system to be transferred to mass production by several manufacturers at once. In this way, we shorten the path from a battlefield-tested idea to large-scale supply”, — Denys Shmyhal said.
