President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree on personnel changes to the composition of the National Security and Defense Council.
The relevant document is posted on the President’s official website.
The Head of State included Lieutenant General Kyrylo Budanov in the personal composition of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine; he has been appointed Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
At the same time, Oleh Ivashchenko, who has been appointed Head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, was removed from the NSDC.
