President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported the first results of today’s work with national security advisors of partner states.

This was stated in a message by the Head of State on his Telegram channel.

“European partners, Canada, the EU, and NATO — we are also talking with the American side. Thank you all for your support”, — he wrote.

The President noted that negotiations are currently ongoing in three key areas: security guarantees, reconstruction, and a basic framework for a real peace.

“Everything must be effective, dignified, and capable of establishing peace for decades. And our vision fully coincides with the vision of key partners. I am grateful to our team for a thorough approach to the negotiations”, — Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.

The Head of State added that meetings in Europe are being prepared for next week, and preparations are also underway for meetings in the United States.

It is worth noting that on December 3, national security advisors from European countries arrived in Kyiv. The meetings involve representatives of Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, Finland, Canada, the Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, as well as NATO, the European Council, and the European Commission.

Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Rustem Umerov reported that the first block of the meeting was devoted to framework documents, in particular security guarantees and approaches to the peace plan, as well as the sequence of further joint steps.

Within the economic block, approaches to Ukraine’s economic recovery and development plan were discussed, including investments, reconstruction, job creation, and long-term state resilience.

The military-political block of consultations took place with the participation of the Head of the Presidential Office, heads of intelligence agencies, and parliamentary leadership.

Participants discussed the security situation, threat assessments, and political conditions necessary for further decisions, as well as the synchronization of approaches between military, intelligence, and political components.
