The combat crew of the Raven launcher of the Anti-Aircraft Missile Regiment named after the Ukrainian Sich Riflemen has destroyed 108 enemy air attack assets, including strike and reconnaissance drones and cruise missiles.
This was reported on the Facebook page of Air Command West.
Behind each downed enemy aerial target lies complex combat work. The Raven crew is currently operating in the south of the country. There, not only do they hunt drones, but they themselves are a priority target for the enemy. Therefore, air defense troops have to maneuver extensively, camouflage, strike swiftly, and change positions.
“We have been in southern Ukraine since spring 2023. Both the personnel and the combat vehicle have endured many dangers and hardships, but we remain ready to engage in air defense combat and win”, — the crew commander said.
All symbols marking the 108 destroyed targets are painted on the side of the vehicle.
“There is no more space here. But that’s not a problem. We have another side of the combat vehicle for the combat tally. We have enough strength, skills, and determination. We are not going to stop”, — the commander added.
The enemy is attempting to develop the production of naval drones and copy successful Ukrainian practices — both technical solutions and tactics.
