More Ukrainian weapons at the front
76% of everything centrally purchased by the state is bought from Ukrainian manufacturers. Almost every drone at the front is Ukrainian-made.
In 2025, a record number of FPV drones were delivered to the military, and mass deliveries of ground robots and interceptor drones began.
Record international defense support
A mechanism was launched that allows Ukraine to continue receiving unique American weapons.
Integration of the defense industry with European partners
New enterprises are being built in Ukraine and abroad with our closest partners. Thanks to attracted investments, Ukraine’s defense industry is growing at record rates. More grants, more preferential loans, more long-term contracts.
Combat units received 30 times more direct funding
Thanks to the DOT-Chain Defence system, brigades can now independently choose the drones they need for successful defense.
Digitalization
More capabilities in Army+. Digitalization of TCCs is ongoing. Delta has become mandatory at all levels of the military. Transfers between the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the National Guard. The Impulse system. Medical information system and much more.
New contract system with clear service terms
In 2025, the “Contract 18–24” program was launched, and a new contract system with clear service terms for the Ukrainian military was prepared.
