Ukrainian Defense Industry Joint-Stock Company announces the selection of candidates for independent members of the Supervisory Boards of six key enterprises.
This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on December 29.
Areas:
- Aircraft manufacturing;
- Radar equipment production;
- Ammunition and special chemicals production;
- Transport vehicle manufacturing;
- Armored vehicle production;
- Shipbuilding.
The Ministry of Defense noted that UDI JSC aims to ensure the formation of professional supervisory boards that will contribute to long-term sustainable development, transparency, efficiency, and control over the management of defense industry enterprises in line with corporate governance principles and best international practices.
Accordingly, the search has begun for independent supervisory board members with experience in:
- Corporate governance;
- Human resources management;
- High-tech mechanical engineering.

Documents for participation in the selection (expanded CV) will be accepted until December 31, 2025 inclusive.
