President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that all existing documents on security guarantees must be fully implemented, and that a historic agreement with the United States on security guarantees for Ukraine — to be ratified by Congress — must also be achieved.

This was stated in his message.

“We need to end this war with a dignified peace for Ukraine. We must ensure strength for Ukraine under any circumstances — weapons, finances, political support. We must guarantee that Ukrainian resilience — including energy and our social obligations — receives reliable support”, — the Head of State said.

He added that it is necessary to fully ensure Ukraine’s required recovery after russian strikes and the war.

“This is a global task, and partners will be just as necessary here as they are in defense”, — the President noted.

According to him, Ukraine is capable of achieving breakthrough results.

“Therefore, every one of our foreign policy goals must be fully realized. I am confident we can do it. I thank our diplomats for their work for Ukraine, for our shared strength”, — he emphasized.
