The government has approved the creation and operation of a unified electronic database of manufacturers and suppliers of defense-related goods, works, and services.
This was reported on December 22 by Ukraine’s Minister of Defense Denys Shmyhal.
“This is a closed, secure system that:
▪️ provides state customers with verified information about suppliers, as well as risk assessment tools;
▪️ creates clear and significantly more transparent rules for manufacturers’ participation in defense procurement;
▪️ will allow, in the future, the formation of a complete picture of the capabilities of Ukraine’s defense industry for making strategic management decisions.
The Register minimizes corruption and security risks, reduces manual and informal arrangements, and makes competition fair where it is critically important for the country’s defense capability.
This decision is part of the State Anti-Corruption Program and our systematic movement toward a modern, effective digital ecosystem that works for the needs of the military”, — Denys Shmyhal emphasized.

The situation in the settlement of Serebrianka, northeast of Siversk, is extremely difficult. Units of the 81st Brigade are holding their positions, inflicting losses in manpower and equipment on the enemy.
The situation on the Pokrovsk axis is intense. In Pokrovsk itself, the enemy has become bogged down in urban fighting. Currently, the line of combat contact runs along the railway line, as this is an open area where the enemy has no cover.
