Fighters of the Hart Border Brigade are satisfied with this drone, which flies long distances, reaches speeds of up to 90 km/h, operates in any weather, and each of its flights is aimed at saving the lives of Ukrainian defenders.
A video of the drone operators’ combat work was released on December 19 by the 16th Army Corps.
The German Vector reconnaissance UAV does not carry a combat payload, but it instills fear in the enemy.
The secret is simple — it creates no noise, and from its watchful eyes, or rather from its high-quality camera, it is impossible to hide even in dense forest belts.
It detects targets from afar and calculates the most accurate coordinates for strikes.
The Hart Brigade successfully uses this aerial assistant to adjust artillery fire and conduct surveillance in difficult terrain under adverse weather conditions.
“The image is so clear that we can see how the occupiers are fiddling under the hood of a vehicle, and then you can clearly see how a 120-mm mortar round hits them. You can even see how they run into the forest wearing only their underwear”, — says Vector pilot with the call sign “Sonnik” with a smile.
According to the border guard, working with this reconnaissance drone is pure pleasure. It launches from the hand, lands on the hand, is easy to control, and quick to prepare for flights.
