Operators of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine conducted a successful operation near Pokrovsk, thwarting an attempt by Russian troops to entrench along railway lines.
This was reported on the Telegram channel of the SOF of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which published the relevant video.
A group of servicemen from the aggressor state’s army attempted to occupy positions for further advance. After enemy movement routes were struck from the air, part of the occupiers was destroyed.
Subsequently, a group from the 3rd SOF Regiment advanced to conduct direct action. During the operation, Ukrainian fighters eliminated two more Russian servicemen who were hiding in dugouts.
Despite heavy artillery fire from the enemy, the SOF group successfully completed the combat mission and prevented the enemy from entrenching at the planned positions.
