President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in Berlin, where a meeting with the U.S. negotiating team is scheduled for today.
The Head of State reported this on his Telegram channel.
The key topic of the talks will be security guarantees for Ukraine.
According to Zelenskyy, during the meeting the parties will focus on creating reliable security mechanisms that should make it impossible to repeat the scenario of the Budapest Memorandum and prevent a new Russian invasion.
The President emphasized that Ukraine expects the talks with the U.S. side to be constructive.
The Head of State stressed the importance of practical and effective security solutions for Ukraine.
