As a result of the strike on the Shatura State District Power Plant in the Moscow region, explosions and a fire occurred.
This was reported on the morning of 23 November by Lieutenant Andrii Kovalenko, Head of the Center for Countering Disinformation of the National Security and Defense Council.
“There were blasts at the Shatura SDPP in the Moscow region. The plant’s capacity is 1,500 MW.
