Ukrainian Special Operations Forces operators hit a Russian Iskander short-range ballistic missile system in the Kursk region.

The Special Operations Forces reported this on their official Telegram channel on Wednesday, November 5.

“During the night of October 4, as a result of joint actions by one of the units of the Special Operations Forces and the partisan movement ‘Chornaya Iskra’ (Black Spark), a transport and loading vehicle for the Iskander missile system was hit. The strike took place near the village of Ovsyannikovo”, — the statement reads.

It is noted that this vehicle was used for transporting, loading, and preparing missiles for launch, which were subsequently fired at Ukrainian territory.

In addition, Ukrainian special forces, in cooperation with Russian partisans, destroyed a Russian 1L122 ‘Harmony’ radar station in the Kursk region, which had been on duty near the village of Nizhniy Reutets.

“The small-sized radar was designed to detect and track aerial targets and provide target designation”, — the SOF added.
