President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a phone conversation with Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Keir Starmer.

The Head of State noted that Ukraine’s energy system was among the targets of this terrorist attack, emphasizing the need to strengthen air defense and accelerate every decision regarding the supply of missiles and systems.
The leaders discussed ways to reinforce Ukraine’s air defense capabilities. Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Keir Starmer also discussed the possible participation of the United Kingdom in the PURL program. This is a powerful initiative that helps significantly strengthen Ukraine’s positions.
