According to him, the enemy has recently been actively accumulating forces and attempting to enter the city, using buggies, quad bikes, and “some kind of Ladas — wrecked and cut up”. They try to enter Pokrovsk “under cover of weather”. Constant clashes are taking place, and in such engagements, the side with better reconnaissance and UAV capabilities gains the upper hand.
“They accumulated forces and came as close as possible, but were detected by UAV assets. Assault groups engaged them in small-arms combat. Some were destroyed. The rest, who scattered, were finished off by bombers and FPVs”, — the battalion commander said.
