In the Pokrovsk direction, Russian invaders have concentrated their main efforts on attempts to break through in the area of the village of Hryshyne. To prevent this, enemy infantry is being destroyed by strike drones at staging points on distant approaches.
This was stated on an Army TV stream by Lieutenant Artem Pribylnov, Head of the Communications Section of the 155th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Anna of Kyiv.
“In our area of responsibility, everything is stable — everything is very difficult, because the enemy does not stop intensively assaulting our positions, trying to conduct deep encirclements. In particular, it is now focusing on the western outskirts of Pokrovsk, specifically the village of Hryshyne”, — he said.
Meanwhile, drone operators of the 155th Brigade act proactively, eliminating the enemy on distant approaches.
“Our Cossacks detect them while they are still approaching, very far away, where they haven’t even had time to accumulate — these are so-called staging points. And they strike them right there”, — the officer explained.
Ukrainian defenders know the terrain very well and carefully track all enemy movement attempts.
“We see them, we strike them, and not all enemy infantrymen make it through. The glorious Cossacks of the 155th Separate Mechanized Brigade skillfully operate strike drones and destroy the enemy before they even reach the approaches”, — Artem Pribylnov assured.
