Exactly one year ago, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine launched the servicemember support program “Plusy” in the Army+ mobile application.
This was reported on the website of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
Over this time, the service has become part of the everyday life of Ukrainian defenders — its offers have been used nearly 8 million times.
According to the Ministry of Defense, 16 partners have already joined the program, and the total amount of money saved by servicemembers thanks to special offers has exceeded UAH 504 million.
At the same time, Plusy is used not only by servicemembers themselves — they actively share available offers with their relatives, which has happened more than 110,000 times.
The Ministry of Defense notes that detailed results of the service’s operation are compiled in an annual report published on the program’s official page.
The “Plusy” program brings together the state and business around special offers in areas that are most in demand among servicemembers: transport, fuel, logistics, equipment, food, healthcare, recreation, and other services.
Plusy officially launched on December 24, 2024, and is available in the Army+ application, developed by servicemembers of the Center for Scaling Technological Solutions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The service is built on principles of automated and transparent interaction with partners without the transfer of personal data.
In 2026, the Ministry of Defense plans further expansion of the program — involving small, medium, and large businesses, including national and international companies.
The main focus is on scalable services that meet the real needs of servicemembers and their families, as well as on the development of analytics for data-driven decision-making.
