President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and President of Finland Alexander Stubb discussed steps aimed at bringing peace in Ukraine closer.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported this on social media.
“I spoke with the President of Finland, and Alex and I coordinate almost on a daily basis”, — the Head of State said in his message.
The President expressed gratitude to his Finnish counterpart for his serious attention to security issues and for his work aimed at bringing peace closer.
“Every day matters now — it adds updates to our joint work with the United States, Europe, and our friends in the G7”, — Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted.
“The pace is very fast, there are many good ideas, and we must ensure that peace is achieved for a truly long time”, — the President stated.
