“Kinzhal”, “Iskander” and thousands of drones: air defense destroyed 9,707 enemy targets in one month

Throughout November 2025, the air defense of the Defence Forces destroyed 9,707 aerial targets.

This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on its Facebook page.

The sky defenders succeeded in destroying 11 Kh-47M2 “Kinzhal” aeroballistic missiles, 51 Kh-101 cruise missiles, and other enemy targets, including:

  • 15 “Iskander-M/KN-23” ballistic missiles;

  • 20 “Kalibr” cruise missiles;

  • 3 Kh-59/69 guided air-launched missiles;

  • 19 “Iskander-K” cruise missiles;

  • 2,939 Shahed-type attack UAVs;

  • 361 reconnaissance UAVs;

  • 6,288 UAVs of other types.

During November, the Air Force carried out 368 sorties, including:

  • about 200 — for fighter aviation cover;

  • more than 70 — for fire engagement and close air support of the troops.

In November 2025, Ukraine’s Defence Forces aviation destroyed about 400 aerial targets, and struck command posts, logistics facilities, as well as areas of concentration of enemy manpower and equipment.
