“The key to success is close cooperation between military and civilian teams. We have direct communication with manufacturers, who focus on the needs of soldiers in the field. The guys on the front line openly talk about their needs and share ideas. They are heard”, — said Neli Sheliakina.

“Soldiers are tired of the war — motivation alone is not enough. A serviceman must understand that they are not just a means to an end.
