Using U.S. ATACMS ballistic missiles, command posts, ammunition and logistics depots, and an enemy repair base were struck.
This was reported on February 24 by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“As part of consistent measures to reduce the offensive potential of the Russian aggressor, units of the Defense Forces continue to hit key enemy command and logistics facilities. This time, ATACMS missiles were among the weapons used”, — the General Staff stated.
During the night of February 24, Missile Forces and Artillery of the Ground Forces struck an auxiliary command post of the 5th Army of the Russian Federation near Novopetrykivka in the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk region.
They also hit a logistics depot of the ‘Rubikon’ center (near Vasylivka, temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia region).
Additionally, an enemy ammunition and logistics depot near Pryazovske (temporarily occupied Donetsk region), as well as an ammunition depot near the temporarily occupied settlement of Oleksandrivka in Zaporizhzhia region, were struck.
Moreover, a repair base of the enemy was hit near the settlement of Yakymivka (Zaporizhzhia region).
On February 23, enemy command facilities were hit in the temporarily occupied Donetsk region: near Udachne — a command-and-observation post and an enemy UAV control point; near the city of Pokrovsk — another UAV control point.
“The losses of the occupiers and the final scale of damage are being clarified.
The Defense Forces of Ukraine will continue systematically striking command posts, logistics facilities, and repair infrastructure of the Russian aggressor, depriving it of the ability to effectively sustain combat operations.
More to come. Glory to Ukraine!” — the General Staff reported.
