The second day of trilateral negotiations between Ukraine, the U.S., and Russia has begun in Geneva.
This was reported by NSDC Secretary Rustem Umerov.
Consultations are being held in groups within political and military blocks. Work continues on clarifying parameters and mechanisms of decisions discussed yesterday.
“We are focused on substantive work. We will provide updates on results”, — Umerov noted.
