At one of the enemy positions, special forces of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine discovered the body of Zotov Sergey Ivanovich, a Russian citizen involved in killings of civilians and abuse of Ukrainian POWs.
This was reported by the GUR of Ukraine.
According to Ukrainian intelligence, Zotov’s call sign matched his actions — “Psikh” — and he referred to his position as the “grave”.
He served in the 35th Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 41st Combined Arms Army of the Russian Armed Forces.
Before his death, Zotov bragged in chats about his rank of senior lieutenant and position as head of the deserter search group — effectively in charge of a so-called blocking unit.
The neutralized “Psikh” proudly mentioned his name on Ukrainian lists of war criminals, effectively confirming his involvement in committed crimes.
