Over the past several days, Russian occupation forces made unsuccessful attempts to break through the positions of the Hart Border Brigade, which is holding the defense along Ukraine’s state border in the Kharkiv region.
The corresponding video was published on the brigade’s channel on January 15.
Enemy infantry groups, supported by artillery and UAVs, attempted to seize forward positions and advance deeper into Ukrainian territory.
“Apparently, the enemy has not abandoned its aggressive intentions and is searching for directions where it can expand the areas of active combat operations. Enemy movement and buildup for attacks were detected in time by aerial reconnaissance, and comprehensive fire was delivered on the enemy infantry using all available means of destruction”, — the defenders said.
The occupiers’ attempt to break through the state border was blocked. The enemy achieved no success and retreated. During the defensive battle, Ukrainian soldiers killed 21 occupiers and wounded another 11.
