The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has approved the Presidential decrees extending the duration of martial law and general mobilization.
The relevant decisions were adopted by the parliament under registration numbers No. 14366 and No. 14367.
According to the adopted resolutions, martial law in Ukraine is extended from February 3, 2026, for a period of 90 days.
The duration of general mobilization has also been extended for another 90 days starting from February 3, 2026.
The decisions were adopted due to the ongoing armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and the necessity to maintain the legal regime that ensures the defense of the state and the functioning of the Defense Forces.
