President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a telephone conversation with Prime Minister of the Netherlands Dick Schoof.
He reported on the results of the conversation on Tuesday, January 13, on his social media.
According to the report, the main topics of the conversation were the intense missile and drone strikes that Russians continue to carry out against Ukrainian cities and communities, as well as protection against them.
“It is obvious that the Russians are focused on destroying life, not diplomacy. Their target is energy. It is extremely important that there is sufficient support for Ukraine right now. This concerns both our resilience and recovery, as well as sufficient stockpiles for air defense. Air defense missiles and all necessary assistance for the energy system are now the top priority”, —the Ukrainian leader emphasized.
In addition, the sides also discussed communication with the United States and the possibility of further meetings.
