A state program is operating in Ukraine to provide veterans with modern hearing aids free of charge.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on December 17.
Within the program, more than 24,400 modern OTICON hearing aids from Denmark have already been purchased. Veterans can receive them free of charge and regain the ability to hear, communicate with loved ones, work, and feel more confident in everyday life.
War veterans and servicemembers with hearing impairment are eligible to receive a free hearing aid, even if disability status has not yet been established.
How to obtain a hearing aid:

Undergo the procedure of selection and individual adjustment of the hearing aid.
Receive the free hearing aid and recommendations on its use and care.
