On the night of December 10 (from 18:00 on December 9), the enemy carried out an attack using 80 strike UAVs of the Shahed and Gerbera types, as well as drones of other types.
This was reported by the Ukrainian Air Forces.
The enemy attacked from the following directions: Kursk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Millerovo — Russia; Chauda — temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, with approximately 50 of them being Shaheds.
The air assault was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, UAV units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data, as of 09:00, air defense has shot down/suppressed 50 enemy UAVs of the Shahed and Gerbera types and drones of other types in the south and east of the country.
Impacts of 29 strike UAVs were recorded at 7 locations.
