Terms of Use for the ArmyInform Website

1. This policy defines the terms and procedures for using the website https://armyinform.com.ua (hereinafter — the Website). By continuing to use the Website and/or its materials, you agree to this Policy. In case of disagreement with this Policy or any part of it, we ask you to leave the Website. The Policy may be changed by the Information Agency (hereinafter — the News Agency) without notice to third parties. Changes to the Policy take effect from the moment of their publication on the Website.

2. By using the Website, you may access other Internet resources that are not controlled by the News Agency and are not at its disposal. By following third-party links, you assume the risks of such a transition. The Website is not intended for minor users.

3. The News Agency strives to ensure the technical operability of the Website around the clock but is not responsible for technical problems and software failures, third-party interference in the Website’s operation, network problems, providers, etc.

4. The News Agency is not responsible for any discrepancy between the Website and your goals or expectations. The News Agency makes all reasonable and objectively possible efforts to avoid infringing on the copyrights or intellectual property rights of third parties; however, this risk cannot be completely excluded (for example, when using information published without attribution). 9. The “ArmyInform” trademark belongs to the News Agency and may not be used without the owner’s permission, except for reproduction when creating a direct hyperlink to the Website.

10. Content is available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license unless otherwise stated. The use of works published on the Website is permitted provided that a mandatory reference is included (for Internet resources — a direct hyperlink not closed for indexing by search engines) to the News Agency (ArmyInform). The hyperlink may also be formatted as a button or URL in the application (web resource) interface, which, when clicked, directs to the full version of the material on the Website.
