During the night of October 9, units of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) carried out a strike on two facilities in Russia’s Volgograd region, hitting the LUKOIL-Korobkovsky Gas Processing Plant and the Yefimovka Linear Production Dispatcher Station.

“During the night of October 9, 2025, deep-strike units of the Special Operations Forces hit the LUKOIL-Korobkovsky Gas Processing Plant and the Yefimovka Linear Production Dispatcher Station”, – the Command reported.
According to the statement, the LUKOIL-Korobkovsky Gas Processing Plant is a primary gas processing facility with a design capacity of 450 million cubic meters per year.
The Yefimovka LPDS is a station that services several major regional oil pipelines, with a throughput capacity of 50 million tons per year.
“The Special Operations Forces continue to carry out asymmetric actions aimed at stopping the enemy”, – the statement concluded.
