Within the framework of the program, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany, and Canada have financed four packages totaling over USD 2 billion. During the meeting, they discussed increasing the number of states that will contribute and participate in PURL.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Mark Rutte agreed on further steps, coordinated positions within the framework of Ukraine–NATO cooperation, and discussed the next “Ramstein” meeting, which will take place at the level of defense ministers.
